Even the reviews on Steam are fake.
Let me predict the futur of this game, as this is usually what happen: a wave a criticism on the Steam forum from people who discover what the devs do to promote their game, the devs are pissed off and delete every threads, ban everyone, flag all negative reviews. Then someone post on /r/steam, with more exposure, everything is amplified, and they'll end up with a game with overwhelming negative review, and in the wrost case if they really go full retard, the devs lose their Steamworks developer privilege and the game can't be purchased anymore.

This is what they call "How not to PR"
It makes a large community with many users who can reach many more users on Steam and IRL feel alienated about a company and their game, which means that unless this game is bundled with some good stuff...nobody is buying it.
Unless of course, you really feel like Victoria's Quest is your quest :P

It's easy to clickbait people to the Steam store page.
What's difficult is to manage what they do when they get there.
Me? I'm probably gonna wait for the game to get bundled and leave a negative review. Just because of this whole shady PR stunt.

Not quite sure how I feel about this. But I'm pretty positive I'll wait till its bundled or slashed in price, I end up doing the same for games who pull less crap than this ;P

Hey developer guys! Some new words for your vocabulary:

ho god, in less than 2 hours from 1 to 5 "positive" (without a sense) reviews , from users with less than 20 games, yeah them are all honest reviews
there is an hard work promoting here

I especially like the review from 'Shalidor'. Who it appears went ahead and bought the game that he was asking about in this thread. Before making this thread.

I am 100% for Developers coming here and posting about their game and giving away a few copies as long as they do it all without trying to make it look like they are just some fan of a game who thought the game was great.
Basically come to this site, introduce yourself as the developer of the game. Tell us a little bit about it and giveaway 10 to 50 copies (or more if you want). This is a great way to advertise the game.
Doing like you are doing now, is a great way to get your game and your company ignored.

Surprisingly, quick and not very deep search didn't show any connections between both mentioned in first post games. It's kinda weird because you could think that if they go full PR they would like to to adversite as many products as they can.
But seriously. Dude, we can see your steam profile. There are so many better ways that you could choose to promote your game and you choosed the one that will probably give you blacklists not that you care since your SG account looks like it exist in sole purpose of making this thread and/or will cause people not giving a damn about your game or even doing things like kukeemon mentioned.
Funny thing is that I think that this situation still could be fixed but I honestly don't think that you will ever go back on SG, and even if I think you would just make another trhead like that, not wasting your time on reading this messages.

Not $3.19 interesting. Maybe part of a $1 bundle interesting.

It looks like "12 Labours of Hercules" http://store.steampowered.com/app/342580/ How do you think, which game is worth buying?
