nether linked account

hey guys i won a ga of the nether (the top pack) on a dev giveaway and now that im trying to get to the game (after registering a new account) nether says my steam account was already linked to another nether account,
the only time i played nether before it was on a guest ga key and i used the launcher to play it (not the steam) so how can i find my previous account? there is anyway ?

Support doesn't answer the ticket i putted 3 days ago

Just register your new key of Nether with Steam. Steam and PlayNether.com will sync in 24h or less. You will see your new "subscription" note on your profile. I did the same, first I bought the Believer pack from GreenManGaming and then I won a Choosen pack. After registration, the Steam synced my account with PlayNether account.. This took 24H. Also their support answered me in less than 12 hours. Register your new key with the same account you had before, no do make a new one, thats why Steam says you already have linked bla bla...

the thing is i played in a friend acc and i asked him and he cant find the nick and the password :(
