Funnily enough I was thinking the same thing myself as it's on my wishlist ..

If I'd guess, I'd say probably from December Bundle. Don't forget that many people returned from christmas/winter vacations these days.

I copy it from someone on VK and with the help of Google Translate. I got it BTW. only joining. I already have account so no problem for me.
The creators are not yet a well-known game called Microcosmum: survival of cells decided to make a distribution key. 3 Keys to the game and 2 DLC. The way to communicate with them learned that they want to do in the future multiplayer. The game is beautiful, and addictive.
What should be done?

I don't get it. Why free only for that specific site/country ? I thought such "moves" were universal. Why make a useless fb account with another country? Makes no sense to me... :(

Yes that makes it even worse. No thanks from me...

Why should a presumably russian dev give away keys on fb or any other western site when his customers are going to be the russian countries first? For all we know that's his favourite site/community and it's a one-man show.

From my point of view, when you go out on steam, your customer is literally the whole planet. I'm pretty sure he'll make more money from his game, from other countries, than from his own as time has proved for many indie games. That's why I still find this silly. But maybe it's just me.

It's just you ;)
Let's just assume it's a one-man show. If he used FB he'd have to start communicating in english or the gibberish which people pass off as english when trying to get free stuff.
Suddenly there's not enough hours in the day. Maybe he doesn't even speak/write english and someone helps him to get it translated and on steam.
Just because Steam delivers everywhere doesn't automatically mean your target audience is the world.
Think of Netflix for example. Some movies/series just aren't popular outside of the US and vice versa.

While what you say does have some merit and I agree for the most part, I still believe that when you go out on android or steam with such a game, you get audience from all over the planet, no matter what your target is. You just do. It's not like a TV series that only plays and becomes popular in one or just a few cities/countries. Gaming is global and is infectious, and these particular two platforms I mentioned make sure of that. Because that's what their purpose was, right from the beginning. And that's how indie gaming has been so successful during the last years too. If a dev expected to get paid for his developed game just from his country, I'm pretty sure all these indie devs out there would have gone bankrupt right from the get-a-go. :P

Could You tell me how did You get them? What did You ask developer for? Directly asking for keys would be enough? Does it have to be in russian or simple English would be good as well?

I logged with my Facebook account, so no mobile was required. I follow the games page, than I wrote the developer a message in russian, since I know it well, don't know if english works. My message was:
"Здравствуйте
Можна я получит ключ для Microcosmum: survival of cells,
Большое спасибо."

What could happen if they get your phone number and use it for "evil" purposes?

I don't think they are handing out more keys. Shame, couldn't get one.

Has everyone got their keys yet? I followed the steps and sent a message to them just over 11 hours ago and haven't heard back.

I and some other people as well, wondered where the high amount of Microcosmum ga's came from. I see no bundle with it and "isthereanydeal" don't show me a lower price either. So whats the deal (haha get it?) with the amount of ga's all of the sudden.
Don't get me wrong: I really like to see it that this game gets passed around like crazy but I'm curious :3
Edit: Thanks to Meemesmo and google translate we have the instructions:
