These days I've been thinking about entering Steam Trades, but I've read that some people have had their Steam accounts stolen through this same page. I would like to know if this could really happen and how it happens, I just want to be cautious.
I Don't know if it's okay to make a discussion about Steam Trades on Steam Gifts, this is the first discussion I've created. I'm sorry.

You don't have to worry about anything more than be scammed if you don't have experience with trading.

Also you never have to click on suspicious links on the chat, that's all. Only for precaution you should have 2FA enabled on your Steam account (Steam guard).

Yeah. That's not a thing. Just don't click on random links or trade via Discord. Always make sure your trading partner's Steam account matches since there are a lot of imposters. And since you're new to trading, consider using barter.vg as well. It's safer for new traders. Final tip: never make a trade you aren't comfortable with. A lot of established traders are essentially bullies.

It's a lot safer and easier to just host giveaways here. ;)
