Weird Problem in a CD KEY

So I bought Sleeping dogs from a guy a couple of hours ago. all went good, expect that the version was NA (sleeping dogs NA)
what does it mean? because im having a problem to see the pictures of all the achivement on the game, and btw I can enter the giveaways of the game on this site...
So what is NA?

Its region free so you could activate it, but the site here can't know what you did a few hours ago. They sync 1 time per week. Also Steamcommunity seems down, so you can't see achivements.
