As MachinesAreHuman said, it would have given them money, if they didn't promise stuff they clearly didn't deliver, and which now people who bought the game ask for - no more or less than what they were advertised. After a whole year the game Blizzard didn't fix any of the multiple problems Reforged came with. Even worse, they broke stuff along the way, not just for those who bought the Reforged version, but also for those who didn't. And now Blizzard is pretending that all of this didn't happen, they want to move on and leave the customers they disappointed in the ditch.
