What (Anime) game is this?

I'm sure there was a free 'game' on Steam which is just some Anime girls dancing with no actual game. I can't seem to find it - can anybody tell me what and where it is?

Thanks, that's great...but their eyes are too small and the 3D is a bit too realistic.
