According to their main website, ZMR is North America only:
"We detect that you are connecting from Europe.
ZMR servers are currently based in North America only.
This game is available for play in Europe under the name, "Hazard Ops"."

Edit: Idk why i replied to this comment, but it's kinda related anyways.

So europeans might get lucky some other time in the future, yes?

This game lags like no else and literally everything costs real money and is only a rental, the only permanent stuff is gotten by random chance. It looked super good but man did it drop the ball hard.
