I made a giveaway with a region-locked key, but

... wrote the countries, in which the key won't work, in the description. Totally forgot about option 5 (Region Restricted) when creating the giveaway. Is it ok if I just wrote the restricted countries in the description?

No. Delete the giveaway and create it anew with the correct restrictions.

85% of the users don't read descriptions. That is, sadly, no joke and based on test results that other ones and i done since ~2 years.

So as Oppenh4imer said, better re-create it to avoid problems.
