Cannot enter Serious Sam HD The Second Encounter giveaways....

...because it says I already own it.What I "own" is actually the demo of it,played it to see how the game is but the problem is it doesnt says on library that it's a demo(on the first encounter it said "serious sam hd the first encounter demo")but on this one it doesnt says "demo".Only when you enter it straight from the main menu you can see "unlock full game" option and you can only play a demo level.

Guess this can't be solved in any ways,right?

It appears on your All Games list on your profile. Since SG tracks your owned games from that list, you won't be able to enter giveaways, as long as it's there.

Unsure if Steam Support can do something about it, but you could give it a shot.

I don't think either that Steam Support can help me with "issues" related to other things than Steam itself.

The issue is that the game shows up on your Steam profile...on Steam.

Edit : Your All games tab.

I think it can be fixed by making sure it's deleted out of your game list, possibly reseting steam then using the sync account option on this site.

I deleted it from library/unistalled,now I'm going to try the rest ^

edit:I closed steam then re-opened it and I think I can enter it because it says "not enough points" :D

Same, I'd have to download and play it, to have it not show up on SG and to enter the DLC giveaways. Stupid bandwidth caps.

It's one of those games that doesn't show up on your profile if you redeem a key, however, oddly enough, it shows up mistakenly on your profile, if you play the demo. :/

Will show up if you install and play it for a while, I think.

I think it works now,gonna wait till I get up to 20 points.Deleting it from library then restarting Steam seems to have fixed the problem.

edit: no it hasn't.oh well
