first off, you want to know size in inches (e.g. 24") and aspect ratio (e.g. 4:3), not by resolution as that is determined more by the graphics card (any flatscreen monitor should support higher than that, therefore it can support that size)
your current aspect ratio is 16:9 but with size, you will have to determine that by checking the area available to place it on (size is measured from corner to opposite corner e.g. from top-right to bottom-left)

Does it have to be from Amazon? What screen size? Why that resolution? in that price range you can get a 1080P monitor or at the very least 1680x1050.

I bought my 21.5" Asus monitor for 175€ years ago and it has both VGA, DVI and HDMI input.
I don't think it would be too hard to find something under 200$.

What makes LCD monitors shitty in your opinion?
Bad build quality? I can think of a couple reasons why CRT monitors are bad.

1366 x 768? Dude you seriously need to reconsider your preferred resolution.

I'm looking for a monitor which is under $200, 1366 x 768 resolution and HDMI input, if possible VGA input as well. I can't find a good one on amazon and need help, any suggestions?
