After kicking a couple dozen people and having a majority of them ask to be able to stay and chat afterward, the management has had a bit of change of heart. From now on, we're going to leave the chat room unlocked, and giveaways will be done via group giveaways. If we have issues with people not resyncing and continuing to enter, we will just reroll the gifts and blacklist you from the group.

For anyone that is not familiar with this, I enjoy messing with people. The purpose of this group is to encourage people to enter for things that they want and would actually enjoy. I start out with a relatively low value game. Every time a giveaway ends with zero entries, I post another giveaway with a higher value. This continues until a giveaway ends with entries. When there are entries, anyone that has entered, win or lose, will be removed from the group. There is a one month probationary period before you can get reinvited to the group. This is to prevent people from spamming entries on anything, and not even bother to play their winnings. If you enter and win, the same 1 month rule applies to you, but you must also provide evidence that you have put an appropriate amount of playtime into whatever you have won.

Traditionally, we kept the chat locked and kept the giveaways private. However, we have grown quite attached to those people who have been forcibly removed from the group. So like I stated earlier, the chat is now unlocked and any guest can join in to see the chaos. We will also try something new by recruiting exclusively from the chat room, rather than making the group public. There may be a few private non-zero entry giveaways for those who want to observe the fun as well.

Any contributions are much appreciated, and I can speak from experience that usually those gifts end up in the hands of people who actually want them.

tl;dr Don't spam any of the admins for invites. Chat will be the only ones that receive invites.
