I've got an issue with SGtools, i've activated all my wins and my profile is public, but i keep seeing this message "Your account is flagged as having some unactivated Wins or your profile is Private.".
Checking for unactive wins on the site, it suspects 'Batman: Arkham Origins - New Millennium Skins Pack'. It is active on my account but refuses to allow me enter ga's with the rule "Your account must have activated all the won gifts".

It does state the issue is known with the API, but i can't seem to reach them via the SGtools site. Ideas ?!

P.S. Sorry for not attaching a giveaway. My regional equivalent of PayPal has been blocked and I'm looking for an alternative.

Sync your account. You should be good.

Edit: I also wanted to mention that steamgifts moderators are not affiliated with SGTools and they cannot help you with your problem. Don't forget that SGTools is third-party websites which is allowed to be used by cg. (I couldn't find the thread cg allowing it.) It would be great if you didn't bother support with pointless tickets and look for answers through discussions first.

I did sync many times and still having the same issue. I did look up through discussion for the same issue and SG for contact info directly. None yielded any results.
The comment above seems to have the creator of the tool on SG. I reached out there and hope i'm in the right location.

It seems it's bugged then. You can also try logging out and signing in again but it should do same thing with syncing the account. I checked you won page with ESGST and you don't have any multiple or not activated wins. I hope it'll be fixed soon. Sorry, I tried to help. :/

Do note that the Enter/Leave giveaway button element should be avoided if you don't want to come across as an auto-joiner, as there is no way to distinguish between users who are disrespectful toward GA creators by using that function, and those who compound their disrespect by actively break site rules via using bots. (And given the giant middle finger that that button is, noone is going to bother to try and confirm with you directly which you're using.)

The "appears as not activated" sections should be completely ignored by SGT filters, so the DLC in question is highly unlikely to be at fault.
With only the rarest exceptions, SGT errors come about due to SGT attempting to sync while Steam is having issues. If it's not letting you correct that with a sync, it may be due to SGT's internal limit on how often you can sync [to prevent abusive manipulation of filters]. Waiting may be the only thing that is necessary to correct the problem though, of course, contacting knsys through the appropriate thread (which I believe you already have done) should be a good way to confirm if there are any additional issues (as knsys does use that thread as support thread, and does respond to it quite reliably). :)

That's odd, I won exactly that DLC before and just check through SGT 1 minute before this comment, I passed and there is no problem at all. Are you sure its because of that DLC?
Anw usually SGT or whatever tool can't recognise you own a DLC or not (that's why you still enter a giveaway DLC even when you already own it). So the chance the reason is that DLC is pretty low, must be because of another reason.

Thank you all for the input. It doesn't show the error anymore. Logged out of Steam, SteamGifts and SGTools all at once and cleared Cache, cookies and active logins. Gave it an hour and relogged in and resynced.
I honestly have no idea what triggered it or what fixed it. I'm glad its resolved though it may need looking into seeing a third answered with a yes.
At the very least, i hope everyone facing this issue can find this thread giving them as much info as I've received.

As others have told you, a simple resync will solve the issue as long as Steam Api is back up again.

When you get the "Your account is flagged as having some inactivated Wins or your profile is Private" message, you also get how to solve it and a link to the synchronization page.
