It probably won't go any cheaper by summer and possibly won't even be onsale during the steam summer sale, I say buy it now if you want all 4.

Its a nice offer, but those are 2008 games, and who knows how many games you have in your backlog.

You should just buy it now if you want them, but the only good game is Rainbow Six 3 Gold. the rest are shit.
