Game I won does not show on the account

Few minutes ago I won a game, got in my account to see all my games that I won until now, but find out that one game is missing (I don't usually check that area very often). A month ago, when I had like only 200+ entries I won Cave Story+ but is not showing on my account.

Why does the game is not there? Games are removed after a period of time or is jut a bug?

It's better the check in the client, the web view does not always show all games.

You can also check your purchase history to see when you have activated the game.

I won the game on steamgifts, you are probably talking about Steam Purchase.

Indeed, when you said it does not show up in your account, I thought you meant your Steam account.

Maybe you didn't mark it as received and the person never received their feedback from you? That's the only thing I can think of.

Did you mark the gift as received in your won section?

Yes, the next minute I received the game I marked YES as received.
