Depends on your mail app only. Opening the mail with the Windows mail app I agree, it stopped somewhere in the middle. Opening the same mail in the mail provider website, it showed me everything. Seems like some mail apps have size limitations.

I'm not really the right person to answer that as I don't decide the CV value. I suggest asking SG support for a more precise answer.

The charts will show you what the CV should be after a moderator parses the bundle, but since there are no strict rules and multiple factors can influence whether a game remains full CV or not, there can sometimes be inconsistencies. It also takes a while for the support to parse bundles, but regardless of that the CV will be recalculated retroactively.
The commonly applied rule is that games are switched to partial CV (15% MSRP) if what you pay for the bundle is less than 5% of the retail price. This can be applied for the whole bundle in most cases, or only to certain tiers in other cases. If games are cheap on the grey markets, they get partial CV even though they might bundled in expensive bundles (or not bundled at all).
Expensive Fanatical BYOB don't usually get partial CV, but cheaper ones do even though you end up paying more than 5% of the MSRP for the respective game.

According to this post (full list of subs), Beyond Blue should be https://steamdb.info/sub/280664/ which has no regional restrictions (is redeemable everywhere). The user is also from SEA (HK), like your friend.

It could be that there is a mixed pool of keys, or that they replaced the unredeemed keys with region locked ones. As Yogscast doesn't deal with region locked subs usually, and there are no region-locked packages for this game, I would say that the error lies somewhere else but I don't really know what to suggest.
For start, you should try identifying the sub - does any of you (or any other trusted friend) use ASF? If not, I can try to see if the sub is the same as the one provided by the initial post given that you send the key over to me (it won't activate on my account because I already have the game sub/280664). However, if it's some SEA-locked sub not indexed yet on SteamDB, I won't be able to tell you which sub or what country restrictions it has.

Probably not. When I skimmed the Steam discussions and guides where one can usually find such information if there are methods/workarounds, I didn't find any.
