The bans are based largely on offense; you can be permabanned on your first offense. That said, don't push your luck.

The bigger question is why do you feel the need to call out supposedly fake giveaways?
It's not like it's hurting you in any way or form besides i'd rather have 10 fake giveaways happen without them being called out on it then having 1 guy getting called out on it while he actually intended to give the game away.
Who are you to judge what is fake and what isn't?

What about when guys give away all the dlh.net free games with slightly altered names all at once :-) But yes I agree people should always be given the benefit of doubt. No harming in putting people right, some people genuinely don't know you can't give away free games or even some think that creating a giveaway means they will receive said game.

That's what the report giveaway function is for though, even if it takes a while for support to handle it it's not like anyone is losing something tangible if they do end up winning a fake giveaway.

Just leave a comment saying "Is this a free copy of the game from (site)? If so, note you're not allowed to post free games, according to [link site rules]".
Most everyone does that, and is, in my experience, appreciated for it. :P
I assume the OP either called out OUTSIDE of the relevant giveaway, or actually was banned for being harassing about it (though given that harassment bans appear to be amazingly rare and seem to be treated with the seriousness of a comedy skit, that seems the less likely option).
Edit: Though, going by replies further in this thread, it seems likely the ban was in fact for being harassing with the presentation.

I once write FA()E .. and got suspended for 3 days :D and then i write support and i got answer from the same person who suspended me (of course he can be only correct ,because he is admin ,then i got suspended for 3 more censored posts because admin wanted to show how powerful he is.(so i got + - 7 days ) So i ignore fa()e giveaway's and dont write support anymore

I got a warning for calling out, which was fully deserved I hadn't read the site FAQ properly silly me. I then got a short ban for calling out when I actually wasn't. I thought why have I been banned then I read back my post and saw that it did come across as calling out even though I didn't mean it. Anyway I definitely learned my lesson and just sucked it, which I guess is the message I want to give to the OP.

You said that you wrote to support after your first suspension and got an extra suspension by the same moderator for other calling out posts.
That "I dont believe you ;_ ;'' suspension happened months after that, and by a different staff member.
Also, wasn't it clear from your first suspension that you don't need to write "fake" in big, bold, all caps letter to get suspended ?
