Incredibly difficult choice - but, at the end of the day pizza, ice cream and chocolate are whole CATEGORIES of food! You'd be giving up thousands, even millions of dishes and delicacies... But garlic bread, insanely delicious though it is, is still only one single dish.

And besides, garlic pizza is clearly a perfect loophole! No-lose situation!

Garlic bread is the only obvious choice if you think about it. Just have regular bread with garlic butter to show off those Matriarchs trying to tell their kids what they can't eat! I bet 9 out of 10 men have been told by womom to eat disgusting slimy vegetables instead of something yummy they'd like.
