4-gear puzzle [ENDED] [Solution posted]

First of all thank you to those who participated and to those who liked the puzzle and shared some nice words I did read you even if I didn't reply directly. I really appreciate ;).
I'm glad that many people eventually managed to solve it even if they had given up at first. Take confidence in your puzzle-solving skills! ;)

The symbols that you see are Nazcaän alphabet symbols from Ni No Kuni II.
-> They spell the 5-letter word FOBIA.
With the help of the gray pointers, you can match the letters on the 1st gear with the corresponding ones on the 4th one, minding that if the gears could move, the 1st and the 4th one would spin in opposite directions (meaning that the order on the 4th gear is counterclockwise).
-> By matching the letters, from FOBIA you get the GA code 0emKm

JFYI but the puzzle was solvable even without knowing this there's an almost identical puzzle in the game Fobia St.Dinfna Hotel. I simply removed the unnecessary part (the letters and the pointer on the central gear) and added one additional gear in order to change the spin direction of the last one.
I pointed you at those two games in the OP as a hint (my Nov and Feb wins here on SG).
