Was about to recommend a HTC one m8 or m9 but if you want to spend less, maybe keep your existing phone if it has bluetooth and buy one of those portable bluetooth speakers like a TDK TREK Micro which is very cheap and small (it's $50 AUD in my country). For better sound quality, you could get a Logitech UE Boom.

I have s3 mini. and it's really good. speakers are good. and after i used the latest Cianogen 5.5.1 rom it really is an excellent movie.
