How long support usually take?

I heard they dont normally do re-rolls on key, since they can't tell if its been used or not. (Note: I heard this, Im not stating this as a fact.)

Sometimes it takes a week, sometimes not even a day. It depends on the importance of the issue and urgency. You should probably bump your ticket if you haven't already. I don't know exactly but I think the ticket can just pass through without it being noticed because of the huge mass of tickets each day.

You have to try harder and not give up, and especially do not blame site moderators if you ever happen to come to think of doing it.

Keys don't expire so there's no worry. As long as you didn't give it to anyone it will stay unused and ready to be activated.

I think they get lost sometimes in the mess of tickets like others stated.
