xdandroid for htc topaz

hi, sorry for non-steam topic... but i need some help

I have a htc diamond 2 / topaz and i want to put on it xdandroid 2.3 npkboot but i have a error on tring install it r5:00000000 and r4:00000000 and i don`t know what to do....
if someone had this mobile device and put on it this version of android please comment here :D
