What is the difference between Sleeping dogs RU and Sleeping dogs ROW?

When I see Sleeping dogs in someone's inventory, it has RU or ROW in its name.

What is the difference?

RU = russian, ROW = rest of the world

RU is Russian, ROW is Rest of the World.

The main difference is that Russian version only has Russian and English languages.

No, its not region restricted, it can be activated anywhere.

Some RU games won't activate on ROW countries, so do your research first

And I think you cannot actually see that someone is playing RU version, it will only say Sleeping Dogs.

I think its because that Borderlands 2 is indeed region locked. Even the online. If you have ROW you cannot play with people that have RU.

Mine says EU and came from AMD with my videocard here in the US. The game is region free so it really doesn't matter anyway.
