I'd say virgins are pretty common but with how many people there are constantly saying "I've had sex before!", there's no way to know.

Out of all Steamers, only a small fraction actively seek out free games, is involved in trading, use sites like SG in the first place etc. If I pick random people from my friends list not many of them would have any of those games. Whilst virgins are a clear minority in most Western countries, not to mention that it's usually only a matter of time before anyone loses their virginity, so it depends on how you count it.

Virgins fo' shizzle. I know many people without those games, but not many virgins. At least not after I'm finished with them. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

If you think Steamers without Dead Bites OR Woodle OR Particula OR Old Blood are rare, then you're looking at wrong place, or looking at your friends only.

Go play CS:GO or Dota 2/TF2 and check Steam accounts. It's very common.
