Ok, so I have just been here a little over a month or so, so I am still kind of a noob, but have also reached level 6 so not a total noob, But definitely new to the discussions. So.... I see all these threads about trains. Can someone please teach me what a train is and how it works? Thank you in advance.

A train is simple a number of private giveaways that link to each other in a chain, much like a set of train cars.

It's essentially a linked set of GAs. The thread links to the first "car" of the train, then it leads to the next, etc. Lots of variations on the theme, but that's the basic idea.

so if they are private how do you get access, and if they are just meant for private groups, why discuss/advertise them here?

Private links can be shared with whoever you wish, they simply aren't seen on the front page. Link them in a topic, and people can find it and enter as they wish.

create all the giveaways first.
no one will access them without the link so don't worry about leak any "wagon".
just get the private link of those created giveaways and edit them on descriptions of the giveaway created.
one giveaway description should lead to next one... and so on.
then, to get a ticket to your train, just share in forums (or wherever you want to share) the first link (that will lead the others thru link on description).
(sorry if I forgot something important... I'm a little sleepy here)
