Always happens to me when i buy something with paypal from the store.

Just had a look and yes, same on my side.

Perhaps it's something regarding tax-laws?
I don't have a clue and am too tired to have a look, sorry... ^^

Took a look and it's happening to me for all payment options other than credit card. Paysafe, Directebanking. Moneybookers and Paypal all the same.

Always had that every single time I buy from the store with boacompra (direct BR credit cards), never seen it on Paypal tho.

I got it too awhile ago. I believe it's a new thing since I have never gotten it before.

I thought it was normal, since every single game I buy I see this. maybe it's because I'm brazilian and stuff

I have been seeing that from the first time I made a purchase on steam (I never used paypal.. not sure if it didn't have that before... and also I never made a purchase before july 2013) o-o

Steam website has just got an update, now there is also an uglier redirect page every time you click on a non-Steam link.

Maybe some change about steam or paypal...or your gov policy , MIss ?, since i using paypal for steam all the time, and not see that line ever
