I think the OP should mention avatars will get synced automatically after a while (can take some hours), and you can't force them to sync yourself. A lot of people seem to be confused about this, waiting their avatar to be synced instantly when they press the sync-button.

It's not fucking Christmas. Just because you have too much free time, you can't simply add a Santa's hat.
