Am I doing something wrong or is there a problem with SGtools?

Hi guys/girls,

I'm having a bit of an issue with sgtools at the moment. Since yesterday I keep getting a message telling me that my account has some unactivated wins on it when I try to enter SGtools restricted giveaways. However, when I check my profile it says I activated all my wins (which I did as well as activate on my one and only steam account). Any ideas? My profile has always been public.

SGtools probably tried to sync when there were some issues with steam. As others have said, try re-syncing, or you can just wait a day or so and the problem should fix itself.

Strange. I did a resync on my steamgifts account before you suggested it. I redid it 2 minutes ago and still no difference. Any other suggestions? Thanks for the suggestions, by the way.

Re-sync on SGTools. They are two different sites run by different people.

Looks like that did the trick. Can't find a giveaway to test with, though. But the ones I tried worked. Thank you again.
