My Tremorgames ID got banned for no reason

Like the title said,

Yesterday seems like a fine day, I could login like usual.
But today, I got banned from tremorgames.

When I want to login, it says "Your Account has been banned. It is found to be in violation of our tos."
I don't know why I get banned, I just want to login to get my daily coins.
Today is different from other day, I use my android tethering as my internet connection, but still from the same PC.
I never make any account with my android though.

I want to know how to contact tremorgames.
I cannot login so I cannot post at their forum.

Please steamgifters, help me get through this problem.

Maybe click on "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page?

Yeah I just tried it, still waiting for reply from the staff.
One thing that make me confused. Is the "contact query" the place we post our problem?

good luck getting a answer....im still waiting since april to get a answer from them,well not the same reason as yours but still along time and yes you use that contact thingy or maybe the forum.

Already got reply, it said double IP or somewhat...
I guess I will just stop playing there..

I already sent many request asking to forgive for my unintentionally mistake and there is no answer anymore..

you know...one of the rules is not using another ip,vpn,or such alikes!

i did it like 2-3 times and it warned me about it but still after turning vpn off there was a penalty

and 200 coins removed from my account!

i'm just saying becareful...one day they have problem with their trade bots, another day is with their clients!

Thanks for the reply,

I have already change internet connection before.
Btw I am login with notebook not PC my bad.
At office I will use my office's internet connection, at home I will use my home's internet connection.
There never any problem nor warning before.
But today, I got banned without telling me the reason or even warning me for making mistake.

I never use any vpn or proxy, since the tremorgames will detect it anyway.
