Giveaway gifting through steam question

I was curious what if you have a giveaway going through steam gifts instead of giving the key, but what if the giveaway winner doesn’t accept your friend request to give them the game then what are you supposed to do?

Show proof that you tried to contact them and reroll if they won't respond within 7 days, it's no longer necessary to chase them down to make them accept their win.
