I think you love Elder Scrolls. So the song of Skyrim: https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=77&v=UsnRQJxanVM
A review: This game is an RPG that involves itself as a singleplayer MMO. Yes,theres things like alchemy, enchanting, combat with varying styles, quests, lore and of course if you choose a race, you are not limited to class only: you can be anyone even if race was more magic specialized(i.e Altmer). With this,it proven that you can be literally anyone: a warrior,a thief,a mage or a mix of all. Or simply you choose your path and you race abilities. And the vanilla of the game is rather...bugged. Of course this game recivied praise because of...modding. Mods such as bugfixes and new items recivied much praise at same time as helping this game to rise. This what saved this game from common ones. I think i can stop now,but if you want i can edit for ya. And i think this video can make you laugh: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LSYFNQtzc98

If you haven't played yet, YOU MUST play Beyond Good and Evil.

It has everything you love: Epic Soundtrack, Epic Story, Epic Female Character, and Gorgeous visuals even for a 12 year old game.

Other games with a great storyline:

  • "Spec Ops: The Line" (kind of Apocalypse Now story, in FPS flavor)
  • "New n' Tasty": The incredible remake of Oddworld, Abes Odyssey. Very good platforming game, with incredible graphics and a very good story.
  • "The Last Remnant." Underrated square RPG, often discounted at Steam.
  • "Trine Trilogy." Very good puzzle platformers.

It seems that the Steam version of Beyond good and Evil is worst than the GOG one, so be careful and do some research.

SERIES
If you're going to see "The Flash", see Arrow first. Barry Allen's first appearance is on ARROW, and there are a lot of integration between the series (so you'll not understand much of Barry's decisions if you don't follow Arrow). They're in fact game (The Flash is way better, but you should see both, as I said).
Also, see Netflix's DAREDEVIL (or watch it on popcorn time)! It's ABSOLUTELY EPIC! You MUST see, it's very well directed, the plot is amazing, you'll for sure love it!

ANIME

  • Just see One Piece. if you don't like it, wait for the "Michael Jackson like" person to appear (Jango is his name). When the crew get the ship, the entire anime will be EPIC!
  • Some out of the box anime, see Monster. This one is not for kids. Mature on story. No Hentai here. And maybe if you already saw Astroboy, give a try to PLUTO. It's from Monster's author, and have a mature interpretation for what happens after Astroboy's end.

GAMES

  • Give a try to A Bird Story ( http://store.steampowered.com/app/327410/ ), it's from the same developers of To The Moon!
  • If you like batman games, maybe you should like Lego Marvel ( http://store.steampowered.com/app/249130/ ). And Lego Batman 2 ( http://store.steampowered.com/app/213330/ ). Lego Batman 3 isn't open world and will lose a lot of fun, as it's only on space. But if you like the games, you'll be fine with Lego Batman 3 ( http://store.steampowered.com/app/313690/ ) also.
  • For great story you should also play Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons ( http://store.steampowered.com/app/225080/ ). But I can't say much about it without spoilers. The story is great and full of surprises. You should have a controller or at least be good with keyboards (to control both brothers at the same time) AND HAVE THE NUMERIC PART, or the game won't be playable (since one brother is only controlable via numeric part)! I had to get a new keyboard to play it, since I play on notebook and didn't have the numeric part. The keys arent customizable! ¬¬

That's it, good luck! :)

I'm on my tablet right now so linking is a pain, but here's some of my favourite music:

By Demetori, a Japanese instrumental group that covers Touhou songs into metal/rock or anything suiting the base music:

  • Eastern Dream, a sort of mellow rock acoustic song
  • World's End, a heavy rock song, very fitting to the name
  • Crazy Xenomorph, another heavy rock with a crazy climax
They have a whole bunch more but I'll move on

Final Fantay 14 has some really great rock songs for the boss fights.

  • Titan's theme: Under The Weight, probably the most popular one. Heavy rock with distorted vocals
  • Garuda's theme, also pretty popular, as it was the first rock song before they remade FF14
  • Leviathan's theme, people are pretty divided on this one because of the reptitive lyrics but I love it either way

I can't be assed to write more on my tablet so if this isn't enough I'll go on my computer when I can to write some more.

  • A link to some epic music (preferably long length or a playlist, preferably electronic music, rock, instrumental, bass).

Celldweller For example, Elara
Epica (because of the name :D) It's actually metal, but better try it to say if you like it. For example, Storm The Sorrow

  • A game recommendation (you must write a little review - what makes you think the game is awesome) - preferably long lists of awesome games.
  • Don't Starve (+Don't Starve Together (DST), maybe Reign of Giants DLC too if you'll like it a lot). It's the great sandbox game with beautiful artsyle: screenshot. It needs you to collect, craft, plan, fight, explore and survive. Really nice experience. And DST just adds multiplayer.
Was on sale previously. I think there will be -75% discount for sure. May be more.
  • Civilization V with all main DLCs - epic great huge add synonyms turn-based strategy game. Very time-consuming and addictive. If you are very interested in multiplayer, you should know that it has some bugs, though they aren't critical.
As for sale: same as with Don't Starve.

P.S. I'm so slow... Only now I realized what your nick stands for :D

I'm really in need of more playlists or long tracks. I don't like single tracks as it's rather cumbersome to make playlists D:
If someone throws in an awesome playlist or long track of musics I like it's a guaranteed whitelisting! :3

Also, i'm starving for more game suggestions, and visual novel suggestions!

UMC are two german guys (drums and bass) that do metal covers. They write new accompaniments for the songs, but most of the time they leave some parts and the vocal part. They even covered a song by Helene Fischer (german singer, don't know how well known she is outside of germany), because they asked their fans what they should cover (a lot of people hate that song).
Might not be your taste of music, but as you mentioned rock, I thought you might be interested ;)

If you don't like the music I suggested I can recommend the Brilliance Saga by Marcus Sakey. Currently 2 great books, third is in the making. It's about 1% of the population that has some kind of abilities, no superpowers, but in some area they are especially good (e.g. have a really good sense of strategy or mathematics). The first book is really thick and I have read it in like 3 weeks.

The Circle by Dave Eggers is also a very interesting book. It's about social media and digitalisation and how we share everything. And a bit scary too if you see parts of it in some of the biggest companies.

I've got no more epic books to recommend. Started to read a lot a year ago when I bought a Kinlde. Since then I've read all the Dexter books, all books by Marcus Sakey and The Circle. Now I'm waiting for the third part of the brilliance saga :D
