Does anyone know if Evolve is region locked at Nuuvem?

Region locked games are marked on the left side in red letters.

Also you cant complete transaction anyway if it is locked

Yes, you can complete it. The site checks your location and removes items from your cart if you're not in the correct location but it has nothing to do with the game being region-locked or not.

For instance, I bought Ground Zeroes from Nuuvem. If I had not circumvented their location check they wouldn't have let me buy it - but the game in itself wasn't region-locked.

It doesn't seem to be, there's no warning.

Warnings look like this.

"REGION LOCKED: Esse jogo não deve ser adquirido se ao adicioná-lo ao carrinho for informado que não está disponível para sua região."
