No limit on the level of the giveaway you can create?

I am not claiming there should, or should not be.

I just remember under the old system there was a contributor limit that you could tie to a giveaway based on your own contributor limit, and so wondered if it was removed purposefully, not implemented yet, or bugged and not working.

I think I speak for most of us when I say yes, there should be.

It's a bit confusing as this shows whenever you first tried to register. Someone could not have the required amount of games and come back a year later but it would still show the original registration date.

They might already have it. Isn't that a requirement for level 10?

Why? i don't see how a level 1 user choosing to reward high-level gifters is any issue.
