Omg, this jerk is a Pole... What a shame.
Look at his game recommendation, I can't even translate it properly to Eng, but it's like " fucking great fucking game"
One of his nicks was:

the button "not received" is disabled until a week (i think) after the giveaway ends, but you can also click it when you previously clicked on "received". your winner was just being a dick.

Good day,
I became a member only 1 week ago and immediately starting posting giveaways because I love the concept of this site. In that first couple days I did 9 giveaways I think and as people won I instantly emailed the gifts. All went well with the exception of one gift that the user wasn't accepting so I added the user on steam and talked to him. He informed me he didn't want the game and just wanted to see if he could win (wasn't a great game) he then marked the gift as received and disappears.
Fast forward one week later and I'm now showing as 1 gift not received my total contribution has gone down the amount of that gift and it was that user. How did he reverse the received gift and what should I have done differently in this whole situation?
Thanks
