Can we create region-locked group giveaways?

That depends on the group i guess, but that would suck for the members that can't enter due to not being able to activated if they won

That's up to the group rules, really!

However I'd say you can definitely create a new group, have a group join requirement that people are in the same region, and have group rules allowing region locked GAs. Then get all of the signed off from SG support and you're good!

you may want to contact SG support first, they usually help you with that stuff in giveaways but i'm not sure about groups

AFAIK, you can giveaway region locked games, but if winner will be from wrong region, support will not reroll and you'll be forever tainted with 1 negative feedback.

Public region-locked giveaways are not allowed. You can create a region-locked giveaway that's restricted to a certain group, but you take full responsibility for monitoring who has access to your giveaway. If the winner won't be able to activate your game, you won't get a reroll, and you'll have to take the negative feedback hit.
