If you do a private giveaway you can set that as a rule, but I don't think you can if you make it a public giveaway.

Incorrect. If you make a giveaway for a bundle and someone owns even one piece of it, you can request a reroll using the "winner owns the game already" category. This applies even to public giveaways.

I think that only works if they own the bundle, no? I dont think you can enforce any rules like this without staff agreement.

except this one. owning any component of the bundle is grounds for a reroll automatically. even public, even if the rule was unstated
it isn't a custom rule, its already a site rule so no approval needed should the gifter choose to enforce it

As a warning, you usually get less CV by giving a bundle rather than separate games. Also, people get to pick and choose what they enter for.

I'm doing my first giveaway that includes multiple games. Personally I've been avoiding entering a bundled giveaway if I own one of the games, since I was unsure if it was allowed.
Is it against SG rules?
Is there a general community rule?
