the group chat button doesnt seem to work for me, can someone link me to the steam group?

sorry for opening a second one, i hit the back button by accident and thought it didnt post XD

steam is open and a chat window is also open, for some reason if i click any chat button on my browers on steam pages they dont open the chat window

ok what i done was i draged and dropped the link to a chat window sent it to my friend clicked the link myself, and it said i do not have the required permissions
