How much giveaways you have to create to level up ?

There is no set number, it depends on a number of factors.

depands on cost of the game and if game is on Bundle List.

you don't need number of GiveAways to get a lvl, you need value of gifts combined. For example - lvl 0 user giving away GTA V will get to lvl 3 with 1 GA. lvl 1 user creating 3 GAs of 1$ bundled DLC will probably stay on lvl 1
