DISCLAIMER: it's about games that you yourself deleted from your account and then forgot about, not banned games or revoked/deleted from store games.
Surprisingly seems like this topic was never discussed. Don't suggest to check purchase history/activation history, they aren't listed there, i'm talking about games that were on giveaway at some point that you added and then deleted (similar to free games).
EDIT As Onkzeek mentioned there's a chance that steam support can provide you with that list, i'll try that now.
PS That did it! Support gave me the full list! Thanks Onkzeek!

ah I see.(*´Θ`) My space translator is always broken.💻🔥

I feel like there was a service on the external Steam DB site that was recorded for public profiles.
But I forgot what it was like.(ノΘ`) sry

it shows only games deleted from store, not the games deleted from your account

I don't think it's possible. Maybe if there is some third-party service that tracks your list of games, but even then - it will only be able to track only since the time you started using it, and not before.

It isn't important how many Alpha, Beta or crap games got deleted from the account.
You will notice and remember at the important.

Except Beta, I guess others games shouldn't be delete from the account (except the banned games from store but only removed from profil games list)...?

well, sometimes developer makes a giveaway for steam keys, and after some time says "hey, my keys got stolen, I'll revoke them!" and revokes keys they just gave away... or even worse, revokes keys you have bought in some bundle for the same reason. If it were only alpha/beta keys - nobody would care...

It happened only once for me for 'Evolvation', developer revoke keys by error (he give away the game for free after that)
But I received a message/warning from Steam that a game was removed so you should be aware of it.
Only beta&co dissappear without warning as far as I know..?

Well, obviously you get notification about it. But if it happened more then once - you may not remember all cases, unless you take notes about it. So, the question "is it possible to list all those cases" is legit. Not that I consider this information important...

If you are synchronizing your library with IsThereAnyDeal.com, it will show you if games have been removed. Barter.vg also provides a category of revoked games (of course also depending on regular synchronizing).

Yeah i'm not talking about games that were deleted or banned from store.but the ones that were temporarily free (on giveaway) that you might have added and then deleted (from account) and then forgot about. And now you might've changed your mind and want them back, but forgot which ones was it.

If you have sorted all your games by category and launch depressurizer, they should come up as unsorted. (But I do doubt f2p games comes up though)

Contact Steam support, I did that once and they gave me the entire list.

Oh really? That could work. That was long time ago? Do you remember the topic that you chose when submitting a ticket? I think now you can't just contact them. You must choose a specific topic to issue a ticket, like a game that you have trouble with for example.

As far as I remember: My Account > Data Related to Your Steam Account > scroll down to the bottom and click on Contact Steam Support.

Interesting. Last time I got the revoked key message they said 'oooh we're sorry we can't see which key has been revoked even though you provided us all the info and dates and even though we are in charge of this marketplace fock you'.

That's revoked, not self-removed. The latter isn't actually removed from account, just disabled from it.
Revoked games appear to removed entirely, at least within the tools available to lay support members.
