Fun fact: I once done a puzzle with Sleepy's help - I made thread, and Sleepy and I had some somewhat strange conversation in first comment, first letters from our lines gave code :P

If you got support approval it can - otherwise it's not a good idea - support doesn't have to notice a puzzle and it's not their job to do so. So even if you make a puzzle thread you may still end up suspended because support didn't get it was a puzzle ;)
I've done such a puzzle once - https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/7u9Lq/im-leaving-this-site-is-a-scam-or-it-isnt-puzzle-sollution - but it was in SGv1 so before implementation of BLs ;) Wouldn't do so nowadays - even creating a normal GA thread gives me quitre a few BlackLists every time I do so, cannot imagine what something like this would cause ;p

That's why there is a Puzzle section on the forum, so that support and the rest of the people won't have to try and find out where it indeed is or not.

you know a puzzle doesn not need to be made by topic creator? I'm not saying it's like it here, most likely it's not, like 99.99% sure it's not, but it can happet - a good way to obscure hidden puzzle is having person A make GA, while person B which has no Private GAs currently running to post a thread ;)
