Is "Grimind for Beta Testing" the full game?

That happened to me and i emailed support, and this was their reply

The keys we provide are added and maintained by the developer. Often, if you wait a few days before attempting to re-add the key, it will work without issue. However, if it still does not work, you will need to contact the developer for further assistance, as we are not able to provide additional keys.
