It's possible that the people are using a mobile phone to check steamgifts Or they are at a pc that doesn't have steam installed. :v

You can be online on steam ir steamgifts without being on a computer with steam client you need to activate the game, also they have 7 days, be patient.

If its been a couple days I usually send a message to ask whats up. Most of the time it turns out the key was no good and they are waiting to see if I update it. It sucks, but sometimes bundle keys are bad.

Many reasons.

They could just be checking out but don't have access to Steam client. Or could be also bots. Either way, they are granted 7 days and it is the creator's responsibility to initiate contact to winner to get eligibility for re-roll after 7 days.

• They're unable to access their Steam account at the moment.
• They don't want to access their Steam account at the moment.
• They're on SG using mobile.
• They're botting.

Give them 7 days to activate and mark. Then contact them.
