My favorite are the overpowered spell slinging high int house cats. why don't we ever get to play as magecat in an elderscrolls game?

( but if your shape is dictated by the phase of the moons at birth how do the human shaped ones birth the cat monsters? more importantly how does a housecat birth a man? maybe they're always little kittens at birth and then grow into their forms? or if the housecats are that smart they could probably track moon phase and gestation periods before mating to time the birth to avoid anything that would explode them?
