Thank you for posting again, Sensualshakti! :D
Missing 2 games in tier 2 and 1 game in tier 3.
Going probably for tier 2.

Undecided because I've got The Sexy Brutale in my wishlist, but I already own the other games I find most interesting; with some patience, I may end buying TSB at much less in the future. I, however, wholeheartedly recommend Tier 2 to everyone even just for Valley.

Not buying this bundle but whoa, Tier #3 is great in my opinion!

In terms of bang per buck, tier 2 is a nice middle ground. However, I am tempted for tier 3.

The values for which games are considered to give full CV or partial CV are calculated according to the whole bundle price. Sadly, it's not per individual tiers.
The retail value for Tier 3 is $210.86 (because you also get Tier 1 and Tier 2 with your purchase). Since the price you pay for these ($9.99) is less than 0.05% of the retail value, these 2 games are counted as partial CV.
In general, all bundles will land on the "partial CV" list, apart form Humble Monthlies which are mostly all above that 0.05% threshold (there are a few exceptions).

Side-note, but anyone know what's up with Fanatical and regional prices?
Tier 1 - $1 / €1.00 / £0.89
Tier 2 - $4.99 / €5.09 / £4.49
Tier 3 - $9.99 / €10.09 / £8.99
Actual exchange rates between $ - € - £
$1 - €0.84 - £0.75
$4.99 - €4.19 - £3.75
$9.99 - €8.40 - £7.50
Quite significant differences when you calculate it.

Yep higher taxes are usually the reason why prices are higher in Europe in general, including UK£ regardless them trying to detach themselves from the EU, they can't let go of all economic ties that tie them to the Euro currency system regardless

It is actually steam that started this shit prices.. It never changes the price to EUR by converting USD.
But a 60$ game is 60€ as well.. :(
I am not part of EU but my steam store is in EUR and it rly hurts sometimes since I need to change my currency to EUR and it would cost so much less if it was USD XD

Yeah, would be nice if we could upgrade later like we can with Humble or even Groupees, but sadly we can't ...
