[x100] General Guidelines

[x101] Here ownership of games someone made/paid for is transferred willingly to another, with no subterfuge, via random lotteries.
You create giveaways to give away games. If you would like to win a specific game, then you will have to wait on someone else's generousity. I would recommend not prompting for said generousity to appear, prior trials have not shown positive results.

[x102] SteamGifts Staff

Staff will never message you to beg for a gift, to ask about account details, or to threaten your account.

[x200] Giveaways - Entrants

[x200] A giveaway is a lottery/raffle with one main prize: a steam game. There may be addition prizes specified in the giveaway description.
[x200] When someone wants to join the giveaway, they spend points. The cost of the giveaway is 1 point per 1$ in the steam store.
[x200] Each giveaway created rewards all users with 5% of the steam store full retail value in points. There is no other method to gaining points. Points also cap at a 300 maximum.
[x200] Sometimes you can just Re-sync.
[x200] Not everyone is lucky. Just be glad you are not one of the unlucky ones.

[x300] Giveaways - Contributors

[x300] A giveaway is a lottery/raffle with one main prize: a steam game. There may be addition prizes specified in the giveaway description.
[x300] A contributor creates a giveaway when they either have an unused steam product key, the actual game in their inventory, or they intend to buy the game before the giveaway ends.
[x300] Each giveaway created rewards all users with 5% of the steam store full retail value in points. There is no other method to gaining points. Points also cap at a 300 maximum.
[x300] Sometimes you can just Re-sync.
[x300] * denotes a bundled game. Is math too hard for you?
[x300] When a game decreases in value, your gifted value will decrease as well. Value is taken from the SteamStore.
[x300] Certain games are not to be gifted. These include exploited product keys, keys that require VPN activation (or other methods of bypassing regional restrictions), guest passes, beta keys, or in-game items (such as from TF2 or Borderlands).

[x400] Community Etiquette

[x400] Don't spam. Don't beg. Don't trade.
[x400] In addition, do not call out other users, please report them instead.
