If you open the network tool in your browser, it is in the response payload. Steam just doesn't show you in the UI. Tools like ArchiSteamFarm will also show you.

Personally I don't think that this will happen since... most of them were somewhat old games, and this served as publicity to this store ... If they do something like that, they would only gain anger from the community ...

I highly doubt they will. Revoking keys means they have to contact the developers and then the developers have to revoke the keys. The process is not that simple.
These keys were going to be redeemed for free anyway, so they probably couldn't care less because it's not really a money loss for them. I mean it is, but it also is a money loss even without this "glitch".

I think it's definitely a money loss for them. Originally, you would have to buy something to get a chance at the wheel, and the store's cut from that other games can be used to pay the developers of those "free" games, I guess around $1 or less per key, since that' the average price of those games in previous bundles.

Not that hard. It's pretty easy to match up codes to purchases. So if you have more wheel spins than purchases, then you "cheated".

On their side it obviously isn't hard. However on the Steam side, it's not particularly easy. As I said, they have to contact the game developers because only the developers can revoke the keys. Some (if not all) of these developers will say "I don't care" because this incident doesn't represent a money loss for them.
Let's also not forget that we are talking about old games. It's not like we are talking about CyberPunk 2077 keys. At most, we are talking about FEAR 3, which is already over 6 or 7 years old.
