i cant buy a game

but i have chance to do Giveaways

i cant send game a gift or cd key because i don't have a visa Card

i will say to my friend to send a game but i wont email the winer to can my friend

send a gift

anyone help me please

I think he's saying that he can do a giveaway, but his friend will send the game to the winner. Not sure what he needs help for.

He will do giveaway, and when it ends, his friend will send him that gift and he will just copy gift like to the winner!
