Indiagala / humblebundle gift links question (no links included)

Must be fine, I see lots of bundle game giveaways every time there's a new HumbleBundle, I've even created one myself which ends in a few days

Usually the TOS fit perfectly fine on one page :P

Anyway: you are safe to give away your extra copies of games you buy on Humble Bundle / Indie Gala / ... other bundle sites.

The TOS usually only claim that you may not re-sell the bundle complete or in parts and thereby gaining a profit.

Yes you can. In the case of Humble bundle you have the option to create a gift link, then give that link to some one to claim it.

Indie gala though, i think they just give you a cd key, even easier.
