That is a long term issue, think its been around for years now, because of how the game works. DLC for a DLC, pretty much. To enter, it has to detect you own the first DLC (the single player campaign, as the multiplayer campaign can be played without it). And that isn't so easy to do.

I think people who have played the game for a while will have it show up, but otherwise, no luck.

SS TSE HD on Steam is a mess. Try writing a review, it says you have 0 minutes played no matter how much you played it. so you can't. Steam API registers it as not owned/played in some fashion for most people. It happened when they made the multi portion F2P/Demo based.
