Do the Very Scary Halloween Special 2011 Team Fortress 2 costumes still drop?

Well, paper bags still drop, so that's a maybe.

The kettle thing I got on a side acc still gave steel-toed stompers, so it seems so to me.

I gave up. Every time we went to kill the boss the other team, who had agreed too that plan, slaughtered us as we tried to follow on the perceived agreement. Happened on every server I went too. So no Achv! But items were still dropping at least as of yesterday.

yes, today in a few hours playing i got the snarling demo mask, and the pyro horns, and spy mummy mask. come to think of it it was all hats, i wonder why no other costume parts would drop. whatever. but at least the hats definitely do

I presume the drops are map-specific? Paper hats on Mann Manor, Haunted costume pieces on the Monoculus map, and the cursed items on the new Merasmus map.
